Nordstrom sold me an open and used product by 92$. I trust them because they the only one who sold Shiseido foundation, They did not want to compensate me or return my money back!
Was a little skeptical reading the reviews online, but ordered anyway! I bought a pair of Nike Air Force 1 shadows and they came in right on time & I LOVE them! Even during the virus and everything that's going on they delivered! 11/10, online tracking for the shipping was perfect as well!

They do not give you your refund even after you send shoes back. I have the tracking and they have received it and even after I have called them 13 times and they keep telling me they will check into it I have heard nothing. Worst customer service ever! Look at all the complaints and do not shop here. I filed a report with the BBB and also contacted my credit card to start a dispute.
I generally like shopping at Nordstrom's but shipping time for in stock items is absolutely awful! I ordered a pair of Vans slides and a pair of Van's slip ons on 5/31/21 and it took almost two weeks to receive. That's just unacceptable. I called Customer Service and that seemed to get things moving but my shipment is still arriving later than they confirmed I would receive it. The return process is another reason I dislike shopping at Nordstrom's. It's a process and you feel like a criminal based upon how you are treated. Yikes! The customer experience is WAY better at Neiman's all the way around it comes right down to it….
I ordered a Natori Tranquility pink belted robe for my almost 97 year old mother for Mother’s Day -we paid extra shipping to have it arrive in time -I thankfully decided to open it and rewrap in a nicer gift bag -boy am I glad I opened it before I delivered it! The “rag” was soiled ,the belt loop was ripped out of the side seam , it was dirty and a dark spot on the back of the seat area… oh and the bottom of the sleeves were all dirty -can you imagine someone sending this out to a customer? What has happened to Nordstrom?! They have gone down the potty…my husband and I then spent over twentyfour hours trying to get some help -there were no more robes to be had and getting a credit was like pulling teeth…It may be my mothers last Mother’s Day at 96 and thanks to Nordstrom I have only flowers to give her … I will never depend on Nordstrom again -they’ve lost a loyal customer!

I spend THOUSANDS at Nordstoms, in fact I am what they call influencer status. (whatever). So I just shopped at the store and about a week later they lowered my credit without warning. I watch my credit usage very close. Because of this I was alerted by my credit watch and my usage jumped straight to 97.3% and dropped my credit score 25 points! I called them and they said they sent out a letter. I never got one. They said it was sent out on the 27th and that is the day they lowered my score. If the letter would have had time to get to me I would have paid off the card. The customer service is horrible. The kicker... I was closing on a house in 4 days. Not sure how this will effect my score but I was advised to seek counsel. ( I did) and start a class action lawsuit. This could be opportunity loss and I hope a my attorney does start a class action suit. This is unacceptable. FYI I have not been late on any payments either. I would also like to point out I never gave them permission to pull my credit and they gave me some dumb excuse. With that being said I checked who Nordstrom uses for credit and low and behold it is TD Bank. Why is this funny? I have a ton of money with TD and credit cards with them that never got lowered. Long story short this is unacceptible and I will NEVER spend a dime with this $#*! company again!
It happening way too often, I got promotional email and started shopping right away, selected item, placed an order and... in a few hours learn that item is not available.
Web site support MUS check the threshold BEFORE generating promotional emails.
What a joke of customer service your store became.
I'm not sure if everyone knows this, but Nordstrom has the BEST customer service. I've shopped here for years for different things and occasions, and I have to say with the amount of times I've needed to contact customer service, I've rarely (never?) been disappointed.
Whether it's missing packages, returns, or out of stock items, problems were addressed with kindness and quickness which I both value and appreciate.
You would think such a big brand wouldn't really care or take it lightly when dealing with customers, but I'm never hesitant to contact customer service at Nordstrom because I know they can be very helpful!
This store has gone downhill along with their horrible customer service. Clothes are mis marked and sales people don’t seem to care the merchandise is in the wrong place. I’ll get better service from Walmart than from this store. Their selection used to be pretty good but it’s nothing more than an overpriced Macy’s. Some of the employees are snooty and unwelcoming. Parts of the store are dirty.
I had a horrific experience yesterday where I was embarrassed and harassed until I left the store because of the way I wore my mask. I am not allowed to wear it snuggly as per dr. I’ve seen their own employees not wear their masks properly. What’s more, they don’t yell and harass their customers for not social distancing in line or while they shop. They yelled at and shamed me until I left,exposing me to ridicule for my medical condition. They don’t clean their carts and check out areas so they can’t claim they follow cdc recommendations. They didn’t even have a bottle of hand sanitizer-only an empty one. They made no goodwill attempt for the horrendous treatment I endured. Not only is this store sleazy in the way they bully the customers they target, their business dealings are questionable. They use bait snd switch advertising sales only to find out there are only a few styles on sale in limited sizes. If you’re lucky enough to find something you may still not get it and end up acting as their bank while they use your money for 30 days. After spending around 400 on sale boots, I didn’t know where they were after 3 weeks passed. They claimed they were out of stock and yet they took my money and revealed that 3 weeks later they were out of stock even though the website showed they were in stock. It took another week to see the credit so they used my money for about a month. This tells me they have no respect for their customers... and will impose harm on them financially, physically and emotionally. I don’t know what has caused such a decline at this store but I have NEVER experienced such sleazy behavior. A high school bully has more class than these employees.
Nordstrom is the worst. Never buy products from this company. They are rude, inconsiderate people that does not care about customers.
I ordered several items on line for an upcoming vacation. I began to receive my items piecemeal over the next three weeks, but of course the main item I was seeking did not arrive. I tracked it and it said it was never received by the carrier. I called Nordstrom customer service. They wasted another 25 minutes of my life - and in the end told me they had no more and would me issuing a refund. The words "regrettably" and "unfortunately" were used - no apology or anything to help my situation...no sunglasses for vacation. They literally totally suck in their customer service department. Old awesome Norstroms is dead and gone.
Believe it or not it help a lot to tell us the right decision before choice something... so if you guys wanna help try this
